What Are Lash Extensions?
Xtreme Lashes® Semi-Permanent Eyelash Extensions are single or multiple strands of synthetic eyelashes applied to a single natural eyelash, creating a longer, fuller, darker lash look.
Are Semi-Permanent Eyelash Extensions right for you?
● My eyes are free from signs and symptoms of infection, such as redness, swelling, discharge, flaky skin, broken skin, and fully recovered from recent surgeries or procedures.
● I do not have allergies/sensitivities to aloe, coconut, long-wear cosmetics, waterproof cosmetics, nail adhesives, acrylates, or cyanoacrulate adhesives.
● I do not suffer from severe allergies and/or carry an allergy pen.
● I am comfortable lying down for several hours with my eyes closed.
● I can avoid exposing my eyelash extensions to excessive stream, heat, and moisture during the first 3 hours after my application.
● I can wear eyeglasses instead of contact lenses during the first 3 hours after my application.
● I can avoid receiving airbrush or spray running during the first 3 hours after my application.
● I can avoid using NON Xtreme Lashes cosmetics and skincare during the first 3 hours after my application.
How do I prepare for the application?
● Notify your lash stylist if you are already wearing eyelash extensions.
● Notify your lash stylist if you have any known allergies to aloe or coconut.
● Remove all eye and face cosmetics and skincare, including foundation, eye makeup, mascara, sunscreen, moisturizer, eye cream eye serum, etc. and cleanse your lashes throughly prior to arriving for your appointment.
● If you normally wear contact lenses, wear or bring your eye glasses to your appointment.
● Do not curl your eyelashes on the day of your appointment.
● If you tint or perm your eyelashes, do so at least 24 yours prior to your lash appointment, and notify your lash stylist.
● Please cleanse lashes thoroughly and wait 24 hours after a full set of eyelash extensions removal before reviving a new set of eyelash extensions, if the removal was conducted using the adhesive remover.
How Long Do They Last?
Indefinitely with routine Relash appointments. Typically, you lose an eyelash extension every time a natural eyelash sheds. Typically, 1 to 5 natural lashes are shed per day. Depending on your natural growth cycle and with proper care and maintenance, relash appointments are needed every 2-3 weeks. New extensions can be applied to new natural lashes to maintain the original look created just for you.
Policies
WE DO NOT WORK ON OTHER SALONS LASHES
In order to provide you with the highest quality of products and services, we do not work on or provide lash fills on extensions done at other salons. Extensions received elsewhere must first be removed. Removals must be made 24 hrs prior to your lash extension appointment and for an additional fee.
PRICING POLICY
All prices are subject to change. All product purchases are final; no exchanges or refunds.
CONFIRMATION TEXT/EMAILS
As a courtesy, we will text/email to remind you of your appointment. You will get an alert to keep you informed so you don’t forget your scheduled appointment. This also helps in case you need to reschedule. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and cancellation fees.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to us. We reserve a time just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule, please provide us with 24 hour notice.
We must hold a card on file to secure appointments for Eyelash Services.
Cancellation of your appointment or no show within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment becomes nonrefundable and non applicable towards another service.
For no-show or late cancellations within 24 hours, there will be a charge of 50% of the service to cover the time and opportunity cost for our stylist.
Due to this policy, we require a valid credit/debit card at the time of scheduling your appointment to hold your reserved appointment time.
